Call for Papers
Media and Society: Issues, Challenges and Opportunities
Media and Society is a publishing project aimed at examining the influences of media on society and vice versa from the perspective sociology, psychology, politics, economics, culture, anthropology, and gender. The focus of the book is also to provide insights into global media scenario, new and emerging media technologies.
Possible broad chapters covering all aspects of media and society may include (but are not limited to):

Submission Procedure
- Quotations wherever required should be put as endnote with appropriate notation superscripted in the text; References (if any) should be provided in American Psychological Association style. (http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/)
- Authors are urged to submit line drawings or photographic illustrations with captions.
- Although there is no absolute limit on length, submitted chapters should be approximately 7000 words.
- All the chapters are to be original in approach and treatment of the chosen themes/topics.
- Chapters should be written in a lucid manner that suits the comprehension of lay readers.
- Contributors are requested to submit a brief autobiographical note including full name, affiliation, e-mail address full contact details and brief professional biography.
- This book is scheduled to be published and anticipated to be released in 2010.
